The Ministry of Endowments and Islamic Affairs announced the conditions for participation in the Kuwait International Prize for Memorizing the Noble Qur’an, its readings and recitation in its eleventh online session, for the fourth technical branch. Conditions for participation in the Kuwait International Prize for Memorizing the Holy Qur’an for the fourth technical branch
The project should be related to the Holy Quran and its sciences.
The legitimate content of the product (Quranic text or other) must be audited and documented in writing by an official approved body, and entries that do not meet this condition will be excluded.
Participation must be in one of the following sections, and it is not permissible to participate in more than one section:
1- Individual level:

2- Institutional Level:

electronic application
If the application is for iPhone or Android, it must be published on the official store.
In the event that the application is not free, the applicant is obligated to provide a free copy to the jury so that they can review and evaluate the application.
In the event that the website or application requires information to access the application, the applicant is obligated to provide a demo account at the time of submission to the jury so that it can review and evaluate the application.
The product must not have previously won the Kuwait International Prize.
The product should support the Arabic or English language at least, and preference shall be given to the product that supports more than one other language (Arabic, English, French, Farsi, Urdu, etc.)
The product that has been applied for must be ready and actually implemented, and applications that discuss an idea without an application will not be considered.
For individual submissions, the participant must provide proof of ownership rights on the application or website.
For institutions’ participation, and in the event that a person’s name is nominated in the registration, please attach proof of his affiliation with the institution.
Participation is only for projects and no nominations are required to attend.
Prizes presented to the winning entries are only for the first place in (Best Website / Best Application) for both individuals and organizations.
The committee has the right to withhold the award without stating the reasons.
Officially announced results are final and may not be appealed.
